GULBARGA: The Hindu EducationPlus will organise a career guidance and pre-counselling session for those who have taken the Common Entrance Test (CET) and the COMED-K test here, on May 14. Senior academicians and experts in the field of higher education will provide an insight into the avenues available for those who have completed their Pre-University course. Prominent among those who would be guiding the students are Gulbarga University Vice-Chancellor B.G. Mulimani; Avinash Sambrani, professor at PDA College of Engineering; Senior Medical Teacher and the former Superitendent of the Basaveshwar Teaching and General Hospital Shivaraj Alashetty. Prof. Mulimani will speak on the opportunities available in the science stream, and Prof. Sambrani on the opportunities available in the engineering stream. Dr. Alashetty will speak on the field of medicine. The session will begin at 10 a.m. at the Sri Doddappa Appa Auditorium on the SB College Campus.
