VoiceStream acquires majority stake in Helios

CHENNAI: Scotland-based VoiceStream group of companies has acquired 75 per cent stake in the Chennai-based firm Helios Outsourcing. VoiceStream will invest around $3 million to develop Helios as India’s outsourcing outfit and grow the business to $85 million in three years, says a release — Corporate Reporter
