Case against cop for shooting

NOIDA: A Delhi Police constable, along with three members of his family, has been booked in a shooting case at Rabupura here in which one person was killed and three injured.

A case under Section 302 (murder) and 307 (attempt to murder) of the Indian Penal Code has been registered against Constable Harish Chander, his father Banne Singh, mother Uma, brother Sunil and one more person.

All the accused, residents of Rustampur village where the incident took place, are absconding since the killing of 18-year-old Sonu on Sunday, the police said. - PTI
