Nigerian national succumbs to injuries

NEW DELHI: A 30-year-old Nigerian national who was beaten up allegedly by some African nationals at Sarojini Nagar here succumbed to his injuries at Safdarjung Hospital on Monday. On Monday afternoon, the police were informed about a Nigerian national lying injured by the roadside. He had abrasions and puncture wounds all over his body. A PCR van rushed him to hospital where he later succumbed to his injuries. The deceased has been identified as Peter Eke.
