This Day That Age
The Union Minister for Labour and Employment, Mr. G.L. Nanda, while addressing the National Council for training in vocational trades, said in New Delhi on May 12 that they were working to achieve a level of industrial activity and a tempo of progress which called for steadily improving standards in the matter of technical training and added that the basis for bringing about such improvement was certainly in the universities and similar institutions.
