Re-polling ordered in one booth

BANGALORE: The Election Commission has ordered re-polling in booth number 195 of Chamarajanagar constituency on Thursday.

Re-polling has been ordered because the electronic voting machines (EVMs) malfunctioned, according to the office of the Chief Electoral Officer here. There are 12 candidates, including Kannada Chaluvali Vatal Paksha leader Vatal Nagaraj in the fray in the constituency. — Special Correspondent
