KOCHI: Canada has adopted friendly immigration policies that have facilitated easier and quicker migration to that country, World Wide Immigration and Consultancy Services (WWICS), an international service provider in immigration and related affairs, has said. At a press conference here on Tuesday, B.S. Sandhu, Chairman and Managing Director of the WWICS, said migration to Canada via the education route had seen an increase with the recently incorporated provisions in the immigration policy. Work permitInternational students in Canada would be able to get a work permit for a few years even without a job offer, he said. Skilled workers and professionals are in great demand in Canada, he said. Conditions are particularly favourable for investors and businessmen. He said visa for doing business in the Czech Republic was another proposition. The WWICS has offices in India and several foreign countries, he said.
