When first time kidnapped, CI allegedly demanded Rs. 30,000 and 13 tolas of gold Second time he forced girl’s mother, Eeswaramma to be his live-in partner ANANTAPUR: A middle-aged woman of Mamidimekalapalli village of Amadaguru mandal on Tuesday accused Nallamada CI D.V. Kishore of detaining her 19-year-old married daughter illegally and harassing her (mother) sexually. She also lodged a complaint with Kadiri DSP N. Sainath and filed a petition against the police officer in the court. According to the information reaching here, Eeswaramma (40) told mediapersons in Kadiri that her daughter Ramadevi married to her (Eeswaramma’s) younger brother, Vishwanath settled as a painter in Miryalaguda in Nalgonda district, 18 months back was allegedly abducted by one Thippendra and four others of neighbouring Gajulapalli on March 8 when the girl was in Mamidimekalapalli to visit her mother and younger brother. She had lodged a complaint on the abduction on the same day in the Amadaguru police station and a case was also registered immediately. Later, the woman had given information to the police that she had specific information about the whereabouts of the girl in neighbouring Karnataka. But, the police had refused to act and rescue her daughter. Girl tracedVexed with Amadaguru police she had lodged a complaint with SP on March 14 and the SP had directed the Nallamada CI to trace the girl and rescue her. Accordingly, the girl was traced and was handed over to her mother on April 8. Eeswaramma alleged that the CI had agreed to rescue the girl after an agreement that she would pay Rs. 30,000 cash and give away 13 tolas gold decorated by the girl. The settlement was brokered in Mudigubba police station. Later, the girl was sent to her husband on May 11 to Miryalaguda but she was again abducted there by Thippendra, a police constable and eight others. A complaint was lodged with the police there immediately by Vishwanath. However, the police initially refused to register a case stating that the Nallamada CI was dealing with it. But, a missing case was registered later. The girl’s whereabouts were not known until now. Second abductionEeswaramma alleged that her daughter Ramadevi was abducted for the second time at the behest of Nallamada CI and was kept in Karnataka. When asked about the missing girl the Nallamda CI had allegedly started harassing her (Eeswaramma) forcing her to be his live-in partner to settle the lives of her daughter and herself, as the woman was deserted by her husband long back and was living alone with a mentally retarded 14-year-old son. She had filed a petition in a Kadiri court on May 9 about the abduction of her daughter but did not mention about the harassment by the CI in the petition. The CI would call her on her mobile and speak filthy language and she had also recorded the conversation. The harassment of the CI was so severe that she was being driven to commit suicide. Meanwhile, the CI termed the charges of the woman as false and baseless and alleged that local BJP leader Vishnuvardhan Reddy was behind it. He was no way related to the abduction of the girl in Miryalaguda, the CI clarified and alleged that the girl had an affair with Thippendra. The BJP leader had a grouse against him after a recent incident in Praja Patham, Mr. Kishore stated.
