Action against colleges giving admissions: BIE

HYDERABAD: The Board of Intermediate Education (BIE) warned that stringent action would be taken against the private unaided junior colleges that are making admissions in Intermediate against the norms of the BIE.

Before results

In a statement here, M. Veerabhadraiah, Secretary, BIE said that some colleges had made admissions even before the SSC results were announced.

Moreover, some colleges were conducting second year classes against the rules of the board.

Warned

He warned that action would be initiated against such erring managements as per BIE rules.
