Two youths drowned

VIZIANAGARAM: Gujju Krishna Reddy, 19, and K. Krishna, 18, of Gajularega in the town were drowned in an irrigation well on Tuesday.

According to II Town Sub-Inspector V. Chandrasekhar, while Krishna Reddy entered the well for swimming by tying a rope around his waist, Krishna held the other end of the rope. However, when the rope snapped, Krishna lost balance and slipped into the well. Both of them do not know swimming. Their bodies were fished out on Wednesday.
