Hockey tournament

KOLLAM: SAI, Thrissur will take on Thycaud, Thiruvananthapuram in the opening match of the TKM Champions Trophy hockey tournament which begins at the FMN College hockey stadium on Thursday.

The four-day tournament will feature outstation teams like SAI (Secundarabad), Combined Bangalore XI, Southern Railway, Pondicherry XI. The champion teams from all the 14 districts in the State will take part in the tournament.

The tournament will be inaugurated by Kerala Agriculture Minister Mullakkara Ratnakaran.
