Lurking danger

LOOK OUT: Schoolchildren on a picnic to Fort Kochi are unaware of the danger ahead. The concrete footpath on the edge of the shore collapsed months ago. Though the monsoon is only a fortnight away, the footpath, built as part of the Fort Kochi beach beautification programme, is still in ruins.
