Kalpetta: The bodies of a man and his daughter were found hanging from the ceiling of a rented house at Palakuzhyil, near Mananthavady, in Wayanad on Thursday. The police identified the deceased as Jagadeesh, 45, and his daughter Keerthana,13, of Keerthi Vilasam at Kuruppampadi in Ernakulam district. Jagadeesh is survived by his wife Padmakumari and son Harikrishnan. Keerthana was a student of J.K.M. High School at Kaniyaram, Mananthavadi. It was suspected that the daughter committed suicide in the night and the father ended his life in the morning, the police said.
