Students asked to complain against unfair trade practices

SALEM: The district administration has asked students to register complaints if the traders selling notebooks were found indulging in unfair trade practices.

It was brought to the notice of the administration that a few traders in the district were indulging in such practices and were supplying substandard articles. Students could register their complaints with the District Consumer Protection Council or district supply and consumer protection office. They can also register the complaints online at www.consumer.tn.gov.in. e-mail: consumer@tn.nic.in.
