Special Correspondent

NEW DELHI: Landmark Group, an information technology and real estate company, will be constructing a Rs. 350-crore Cyber Park in neighbouring Gurgaon. The company also plans to invest over Rs .4,000 crore in various real estate projects in the next three to four years in North India, particularly in cities and towns neighbouring Delhi.

Addressing a press conference here, Landmark Group director Amit Kumar said the “Landmark Cyber Park” project would be spread over 15 lakh square feet of land. Construction work would start within four months and completed in the next three years. The company plans to sell a 25 per cent stake in the Cyber Park to private equity funds for raising the money, he added. Informing that talks were on with all IT majors, consultancy firms and call centres to lease or sell space to them, Mr. Kumar said it would be an eco-friendly project that would save over 35 per cent energy and recycle water.
