BIDAR: Actor and Bharatiya Janata Party Rajya Sabha member Hema Malini could not take part in public meetings at Basavakalyan and Bhalki segments of the district because of her busy schedule on Friday. According to reports, she arrived in Basavakalyan by helicopter but immediately proceeded to Hyderabad without taking part in any of the programmes, party spokesperson Babu Wali told The Hindu. — Staff Correspondent
