BIDAR: Maharashtra Chief Minister Vilasrao Deshmukh and the former Congress Minister D. K. Shivakumar on Friday toured the district seeking votes for Ishwar Khandre, party nominee for Bhalki seat and Narsinghrao Suryawanshi, nominee for Aurad. Addressing an election meeting in Aurad constituency, Mr. Shivakumar promised voters of the segment that Congress nominee Narsinghrao Suryawanshi would be made a minister if the party is voted to power in the coming Assembly elections. — Staff Correspondent
