Probe sought into Moozhiyar accident

THIRUVANANTHAPURAM: The Kerala Electricity Workers Federation has attributed the accident in the Moozhiyar hydel project to lapses in undertaking repair work and lack of vigilance in inspection and supervision. General secretary of the Federation M. Sukumara Pillai in a statement here on Friday demanded a detailed inquiry into it as it deepened the crisis in the power sector caused by the Panniyar accident. — Special Correspondent
