RYF plans fast

THIRUVANANTHAPURAM: The Revolutionary Youth Front (RYF) will organise a day-long fast in front of the Raj Bhavan here on May 20 in protest against the Centre’s negative attitude towards Kerala’s foodgrain requirements, RYF leaders said here on Friday. At a press conference, RYF State president Kovoor Kunjumon, MLA, and secretary Salim P. Chacko said RSP State secretary V.P. Ramakrishna Pillai would inaugurate the fast, which would last from 10 a.m. to 5 p.m.
