Civil Services preliminaries from tomorrow

HYDERABAD: District Collector Navin Mittal on Friday informed that over 15,000 aspirants would appear for the Civil Services Preliminary examinations to be held on May 18 across 35 centres. Talking at the meeting of Zonal officials and supervisors at district collectorate, he said that the timings for the optional papers would be from 9.30 a.m. to 11.30 a.m. and for the General Studies, from 2.30 p.m. to 4.30 p.m.

Mobile phones will not be allowed inside the hall and candidates will be barred an entry from 10 minutes after the commencement of the exam.

Information about the hall tickets, exam centres will be available on the website www.upsc.gov.in. Alternatively, one may call 011-23383052 or 011-23381132 or 040-23202113 for the same.
