UPSC aspirant hangs self

NEW DELHI: A 23-year-old Union Public Service Commission aspirant allegedly committed suicide at Tagore Garden here over the weekend after having failed to clear the prestigious examination.

According to the police, Ayushman hanged himself to the grill of his house with a belt on Friday evening after the results were declared.

The body was discovered by his father Jitender Sekia, a retired engineer, when he went upstairs looking for him.

Ayushman was rushed to hospital where the doctors declared him brought dead.
