Academic Forum for Social Justice

NEW DELHI: A delegation of the Academic Forum for Social Justice met Delhi University Vice-Chancellor Deepak Pental this past week to raise a few demands concerning the unprivileged sections at the University level.

“We raised several issues of immediate concern. Our demand of appointing a liaison officer for Other Backward Classes was accepted immediately by Dr. Pental. On the issue of violation of post-based roster system, he accepted our demand of putting up the roster of each college and department on the University website,” claimed Parthasarathi, secretary of the Forum.
