Protest meeting planned

KOCHI: Writer Mahasweta Devi will address a meeting to be convened on May 26 by Janakeeya Samara Samithi, Vaduthala. The organisation has been spearheading an agitation demanding diversion of the proposed rail link to Vallarpadom. The daily evening dharna programme organised by the Samithi has crossed 1,000 days. P.C.George, MLA, K.Ajitha, C.R.Neelakantan and others will speak at the meeting.
