ON THE LOOKOUT: A soldier keeps a watch over the Kotli area of Pakistan-occupied Kashmir from the last Indian post along the Line of Control in Jammu and Kashmir. This summer, there has been an increase in infiltration attempts along the LoC by militants from Kotli.
