Customers’ meet

A customers’ meet was organised on Saturday by the Union Bank of India. The bank’s Customer Relation’s Manager, K. Alagarsamy, said that the bank had achieved cent per cent coverage under core banking solution. Its business mix had registered a growth of 20.76 per cent this fiscal to Rs.1,79,737 crore from Rs.1,48,838 crore. The net profit had grown by 64.14 per cent to Rs.1,387 crore. The bank was also in the process of popularising Mobile Banking, he said in a release.
