Tributes paid to Sundaraiah

The CPI (M) on Monday observed the death anniversary of Communist stalwart Putchalapalli Sundaraiah by organising meetings in all divisions and also at its office in Sundaraiah Bhavan. CPI (M) district secretary V. Umamaheswara Rao, party floor leader in VMC general body Ch. Babu Rao and others paid tributes to Sundaraiah, describing him as a person who led the struggle on behalf of the poor to overthrow the feudal Nizam’s regime.
