Kochi: Justice K. Padmanabhan Nair, who retired on Monday, was given a full court reference at the High Court.

Chief Justice H. L. Dattu, Advocate General C.P. Sudhakara Prasad and Kerala High Court Advocates’ Association President Jacob Varghese spoke.
