Berger Paints allots shares to J&N (Asia)

KOLKATA: Berger Paints India on Monday issued and allotted two crore equity shares to Jenson & Nicholson (Asia) Ltd., U.K., which is part of the promoter group at a price of Rs. 49.5 per warrant. The allotment was made on receipt of Rs. 9.90 crore towards 10 per cent of the issue price. Once fully paid the company will receive Rs. 99 crore which will be used for the company’s inorganic and organic growth plans. — Special Correspondent
