SCI board considers 1:2 bonus

CHENNAI: Shipping Corporation of India has informed the Bombay Stock Exchange that the board of directors of the company, at its meeting held on May 20, has considered the proposal to issue one bonus share for every two equity shares held to the shareholders and it was decided to recommend the proposal to the administrative ministry, that is, Ministry of Shipping, Road Transport and Highways for their approval. — Corporate Reporter
