KOLAR: Varthur Prakash, an independent candidate in Kolar Assembly constituency, has urged the Government to arrest the former MLA and Congress candidate, K. Srinivasa Gowda. “The former legislator is assaulting my supporters through his followers to take political revenge against me. Mr Gowda’s unwarranted atrocities on my supporters is going beyond control,” Mr. Prakash said at a press conference here on Wednesday. “I will launch a fast unto death if Mr. Gowda was not arrested,” he said. — Special Correspondent
