VISAKHAPATNAM: A delegation of Communist Party of India (CPI) leaders met the Police Commissioner N. Sambasiva Rao on Wednesday and sought action against on Madamanchi Ramakrishna who allegedly cheated the court and grabbed 10 acres of land at Madhurawada valued at Rs.100 crores.

According to CPI Greater Visakha Council secretary A.J. He got a sale agreement dated January 27, 1989 that Lakshmana Rao had agreed to sell the land for Rs.6.30 lakhs and he had paid an advance of Rs.4 lakhs. The accused had misled the court, he said.
