MANGALORE: Those interested in obtaining driving licences will have to take the test at Tyopekallu in Santhoshnagar from May 26. Regional Transport Officer D. Sadashiva said in a statement that the lack of adequate open space near his office at A.B. Shetty Circle had forced the authorities to change the venue. Mr. Sadashiva said the State Government had sanctioned a Rs. 96.5-lakh proposal to develop a scientific driving track at Tyopekallu. It would be developed once the funds were made available. .
