PM’s removalThe parties met on Wednesday and decided to amend the provision that said the Prime Minister could be removed only when there was a two-thirds negative vote. They prefer a simple majority instead. The three parties will meet the Maoists on Thursday to discuss the issue. The Maoists had earlier refused to amend the stated provision.
