Anthrax strikes again in Koraput

KORAPUT: Anthrax strikes again in Koraput district with 13 persons getting affected in Kondh Sahi village under Podapadar panchayat of Narayanpatna block during last week. The villagers are suffering from the infection after consuming the infected meat of the cattle, according to sources.

Those seriously effected were admitted to hospital at the block headquarters while a special medical team was sent to the village.
