CHENNAI: The Tamil Nadu Backward Class and Most Backward Class Welfare Department would be conducting a free job-oriented course in multimedia with 3D Animation and Audio-Video Editing for candidates belonging to the backward, most backwards and de-notified communities who have completed their under-graduate degree and are below 35 years of age.
