AirTel launches mobile services in Lakshadweep

KOCHI: AirTel has started mobile services in the Lakshadweep islands. The company has so far put up 30,000 sites in the southern parts of the country and is the only operator which covers all the southern States and Union Territories, said Deepak Mehrotra, director–south (mobile services) of Bharti AirTel Ltd. — Special Correspondent

HCMI opens office in Kochi

THIRUVANANTHAPURAM: The National Council of the Indian Institution of Industrial Engineers, Mumbai, has conferred the IIIE Performance Excellence Award (Individual) to J.
