Belgaum: Counting of votes will take place on Sunday and the first result is expected afternoon. The results from the district will be available by 3 p.m., according to Deputy Commissioner M.E. Shivalingmurthy. Addressing presspersons here, he said counting would begin at 8 a.m. under tight security. Modern software had been installed and a media centre would be set up for the benefit of the people. — Staff Correspondent
