New RPG Cellucom outlet in city

BANGALORE: RPG Cellucom, a leading mobile phone and laptop retail chain, on Friday opened a new store in Koramangala in the city.

Arun Nagar, Founder and Managing Director of the Cellucom group said, “It is a proud moment because the opening of the new store in Bangalore also marks the completion of 180 stores for us nationally.

Expansion plans

We have aggressive expansion plans for the south region, and RPG Cellucom will have over 100 stores in the southern States by March 2009.”

Leading brands

The stores in Bangalore showcase a wide variety of products from leading brands such as Nokia, Motorola, Sony Ericsson, Samsung, HP/Compaq, Toshiba, Lenovo and Acer. Cellucom’s “Scratch till you drop” offer has been a runaway success nationally.

Customers can win free cruise holidays and assured gifts such as laptops, mobile phones, Kodak digital cameras and other items on the purchase of items worth Rs. 2,000 or more at any RPG Cellucom outlet.

Outreach

The first RPG Cellucom outlet was opened in January 2007 at Sahara Mall, Gurgaon.

From the current 180 stores across 17 cities, RPG Cellucom plans to set up 500 stores by March 2009.
