CPI charge against TDP, Congress

The CPI, which was staging an agitation demanding distribution of a 10-acre land in Madhurawada to the poor which it said was grabbed by a person in the name of an ex-serviceman, alleged that the Congress and Telugu Desam leaders are extending support to the land-grabbers in the city.

Its district secretary J.V. Satyanarayana Murthy at a press conference here on Friday said the party would resort to direct action and would not allow any construction on the said land.
