Judicial remand

History sheeter Vangaveeti Santan Kumar was sent to 14-day judicial remand on Friday, after the city police arrested him and four of his associates on the charge of possessing weapons. The police produced them in the third Additional Chief Metropolitan Magistrate’s court.

Magistrate M.V. Ramesh ordered judicial remand till June 6. The Krishnalanka police registered cases against Santan and others under the provision of Arms Act.
