Student ends life

A 17-year-old boy committed suicide by hanging himself at his house at Hasmathpet near Alwal on Thursday. Police said Dilip, a tenth-standard student, took the drastic step in a depression after he failed in the SSC exam.

Two bodies retrieved

The city police on Friday retrieved two bodies of a 30-year-old man and a 35-year-old woman from Hussainsagar. The man was wearing black trousers and a multi-coloured shirt, while the woman was clad in green saree and same colour blouse. The identity of the victims was yet to be established. The bodies were preserved at Gandhi Hospital mortuary for identification and autopsy.
