DRDA PD holding additional charge going on tour

Srikakulam: Playing duel and multiple roles is not confined to the tinsel world, one can witness the same in the district administration, thanks to the inordinate delay in filling posts that fell vacant because of transfers. PMJ Babu is the Revenue Divisional Officer of Palakonda. But he had been playing two other roles viz Land Acquisition Officer of Vamsadhara Project as also Special Officer of the newly-formed Rajam municipality. In fact he had also been holding additional charge as RDO of Tekkalai till the other day. Now Ch.Ramalakshmi took charge as Tekkali RDO but was holding full additional charge as Land Acquisition Officer.

Joint Collector Kishan had been transferred and Project Director of District Rural Development Agency, T.Baburao Naidu had been holding additional charge as Joint Collector. Now, Mr.Naidu will go on a foreign tour from June 1 and it remains to be seen who would hold additional charge of both Joint Collector and PD, DRDA. The post of Deputy Director, Fisheries Department, fell vacant for the last several months and the Assistant Director has been holding full additional charge. The list is long.
