Two workers killed in accident

Two workers of a construction company were killed when the wall of an overhead water tank collapsed on them while they were cleaning it at Nanakramguda in Raidurg police station area on Saturday.

Prahad Lal Mazumdar, 45, of West Bengal and Narayan Rawoot, 32, of Orissa, were cleaning the tank when its wall collapsed.

While Prahad Lal Mazumdar died on the spot, Narayan Rawoot succumbed to his injuries while undergoing treatment at the hospital.
