Alappuzha
ALAPPUZHA: A man was killed in an accident at Ramankary on the Alappuzha-Changanassery Road here in the early hours of Sunday. The deceased has been identified as Satyasheelan, 42. The police said the accident occurred when the lorry in which Satyasheelan was travelling lost control and overturned near the Titanic Bridge at Ramankary. Satyasheelan was standing in the carriage of the lorry along with cows he had purchased from Angamali. Two cows also died in the accidentthe police said. — Staff Reporter
