Police seize Aarushi’s computer hard disk

NOIDA: The Noida police on Sunday seized the hard disk of Aarushi’s computer in search of clues to establish their case against her father Rajesh Talwar who was arrested for allegedly killing her and domestic help Hemraj. However, the weapon used to commit the offence and mobile phones of the victims are yet to be recovered.

A few days ago, the police seized Dr. Talwar’s laptop from his residence.

On Sunday morning, Dr. Talwar’s wife Nupur and his brother Dinesh met him at the Dasna jail in Ghaziabad.

The dentist’s lawyer on Saturday moved two applications in a city court seeking medical help for Dr. Talwar in a good hospital as he was suffering from asthma and also his release on bail stating that the evidence produced by the police did not link him to the crime.

It is also learnt that the police are planning to approach the court for permission to conduct a narco-analysis test on Dr. Talwar. On Saturday, they moved an application seeking the dentist’s remand for interrogation.

According to the Noida police, there is ample evidence to prove that Dr. Talwar murdered his daughter and their domestic help on May 16.
