Secular forces should take corrective steps: Pawar

HYDERABAD: Union Agriculture Minister and Nationalist Congress Party president Sharad Pawar said on Sunday that secular forces should take corrective measures in the wake of the Bharatiya Janata Party’s victory in Karnataka.

He told reporters here, after addressing a State-level convention of his party, that everybody should accept the decision of the people of Karnataka. Secular forces in that State were not united and as a result the BJP might have benefited. The Karnataka results would not have an impact on the Centre.
