SHG team for Malaysia

Srikakulam: A batch of 11 members from self-help groups, selected from 11 districts in the State, will leave for Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia, on Tuesday, to participate in the 6 Global Indian Shopping Festival.

The Festival in which a large number of countries are expected to participate will commence on May 30 and conclude on June 8.

The festival is being organised in collaboration with the Indian High Commission.

Three Project Directors of the District Rural Development Agencies viz Srikakulam (T.Baburao Naidu), Kadapa (K.Ashok Reddy) and Mahabubnagar (E.V.Narasihma Reddy) will accompany the SHG members and monitor the tour.
