Cricketer’s family members injured

Meerut: An 60-year-old man was killed while seven others, including family members of Indian Cricketer Praveen Kumar, sustained injuries in a head-on collision between two vehicles in Bhagpat district.

Praveen Kumar’s elder brother Vinay Kumar, his wife Sarita and their two children were among the seven persons injured in the accident that occurred when the car in which they were going to Meerut rammed into a van coming from the opposite direction near Daluhada village in the district on Tuesday evening, sources said.
