General warning on cholera

NEW DELHI: With 30 new cases of cholera being reported in the Capital so far this month, the Health Department has issued a general warning asking people to take adequate precautions.

Municipal Corporation of Delhi’s Medical Health Officer Dr. N. K. Yadav said: “We have recorded 30 cases of cholera this month which is a cause for worry. We have issued an advisory to the general public and asked our hospitals to be prepared for any kind of emergency.”
