Australia to reopen D’Arcy case

SYDNEY: The Australian Olympic Committee will reopen its case against swimmer Nick D’Arcy after the Court of Arbitration for Sport (CAS), while dismissing his appeal, ruled AOC had not followed correct procedures when banning him from the Olympics following a brawl incident. — AP
